Early check in is virtually impossible during the summer months. Turning over 2 & 3 bedroom Villas is a timely & extensive process and cannot be hurried.

RCI Guests

Sorry for the inconvenience, but changes to any reservations (weeks or points) assigned by RCI are impossible. We are a small resort with a high occupancy demand, and all villas are deeded to Eagle Village timeshare owners or their guests’ usage (RCI inbound guests included). All requests for specific type units must be made through RCI. If you are not satisfied with your villa assignment at Eagle Village, please see if RCI can place you in a resort that will better accommodate your needs.

Check-in / Check-out

Our office hours are as follows:

Monday – Thursday 8:30AM – 4: 30 PM

Friday 8:30AM-10:00PM

Saturday & Sunday 8:30AM – 4:30PM

If your scheduled arrival date is on Friday, our guaranteed check-in is between 7:00 – 10:00PM. If our units are ready earlier, we do strive to have check-in start early; however, 7:00PM is the guaranteed check-in time.

A $100.00 security deposit is required at check-in.

Late Night Check-in Procedures

There is a telephone located outside the check-in office doors. Next to it are numbered black boxes and maps of the property. Simply pick up the telephone and tell the answering service operator your last name. The operator will give you a three digit code to open up the black box which contains your room key. Take a map and use that to locate your unit. At your earliest convenience, please stop by the check-in office to obtain a second room key and to fill out your paperwork. (These directions are also posted on the front door of the check-in office.)

It is extremely important that you or your guest know the correct name that the reservation was made under, or the answering service operator will not be able to assist your check-in. Failure to do so will result in a delayed response for assistance.

Late Departure

We strive to strictly enforce our 10:00AM departure policy. Failure to comply will result in a $50.00 charge for every half hour that you are late. This is in attempt to allow the staff adequate time to prepare the unit for the next check-in.

All villa assignments for your RCI Points Reservation are made by RCI. By virtue of your Points Agreement, you are obligated, if necessary, to be assigned different villas during your stay. You may be required to move, and there is a $25.00 turnover charge for each move. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you, but we are a small resort with a high occupancy demand. All villas are deeded to Eagle Village timeshare owners or their guests’ usage (RCI inbound guests included).

RCI assigns the inventory upon reporting the reservation to Eagle Village. When you receive your confirmation letter from RCI, your unit number may not be printed on the page. You must bring this confirmation letter with you for check-in, or your reservation could be in jeopardy. A picture ID may be requested.

If you choose to send someone else in your place, you are required to purchase a Guest Certificate from RCI. In order for your guest to check in, they will have to present picture ID for verification.

We have a few lake front units, all with many entry steps. Keep in mind, these units are owned by Eagle Village Timeshare Owners and not the Eagle Village Resort. Usage is restricted to the owner or someone designated by them, including RCI guests.

Phase I&II Villas

DURING THE SUMMER SEASON, THERE IS A TENDENCY FOR THE LOFT AREA TO

REMAIN WARMER THAN THE FIRST FLOOR LIVING AREA. PLEASE EXCUSE US IN ADVANCE FOR ANY DISCOMFORT THIS MAY CAUSE.

We are not a handicap accessible facility. Although we do have a few ramp units, these units are owned by Eagle Village Timeshare Owners and not the Eagle Village Resort. Usage is restricted to the owner or someone designated by them, including RCI guests. If you find that you absolutely must have a ramp unit, you might want to make arrangements with RCI for a different facility, as most of our units have between ten and fifteen steps.

Eagle Village strictly enforces the number of guests (six or eight) per villa occupancy. Violation can result in eviction from property.

We are proud of our resort, which has stood the test of time for the last thirty years. We are now experiencing 2nd generation owners and families enjoying what we have to offer. As time moves on, however, it also takes its toll. Built in the 1980’s, our accommodations are dated and show normal wear and tear for their age. We are now, however, into our 2nd or 3rd years of renovations, and in a few more years will have completed most of our required upgrades. We pride ourselves on making our villas as accommodating as possible, and we are constantly replacing flooring (many living room & dining room carpets are in need of upgrading), appliances, and furniture as needed, but are closer to Silver Crown rather than Gold Crown ratings. So if your expectations are greater than we have to offer, please work with RCI and we are sure they can meet your needs.

Eagle Village is a family oriented resort. If you are accustomed to a resort with many adult activities and ‘nightlife’, you will most likely not enjoy your stay with us. So please, before you consider staying with us, see if RCI can place you in a resort that will better accommodate your needs.

It is not recommended to use online mapping to locate our facility, as they lead our guests to the wrong location. Please see our Directions page for all directions, including GPS instructions.

Due to our wooded location, cell phone service is sporadic.

We do not allow pets on property, but service animals are permissible. Please call in advance to let us know you will be bringing a service animal. Proper ID and vaccination paperwork is required. There is a $200.00 fine for non-service animals on property.

While on property, you are responsible for all your personal belongings. Please do not leave any valuables lying around in public locations unsecure. Eagle Village is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged belongings while on property.

The Tamiment Golf Course and Resort is closed. It was never owned by Eagle Village, and is no longer affiliated with Eagle Village. There is ongoing construction on the Tamiment property, so access is no longer permitted. Unfortunately, there are out of date rental and resale websites on the internet, which still depict amenities at the now closed Tamiment Resort. Please disregard those websites, and only refer to this website for the correct
